NOTICES issued to 3 primary councils across South West England

 Councillors have asked for a 20 minute presentation to explain the notices served to three primary councils and what they need to know. 

This presentation demonstrates a need for :

• Enhanced levels of scrutiny
• Integration of polarised technical / scientific views
• Hightened levels of strategic planning rigour

Significant considerations about due diligence, care and protection for the interests of the citizens, scrutiny and assurance relating to emergency planning and management are highlighted. 

In January 2024 we were approached by Torbay council Officers requesting our views about the new proposals " a greener way for our bay'.
