Cornwall Council responded on 10th November ... dismissing the notice and refusing to enter into dialogue
7 Concerned Citizens began to escalate the notice ... highlighting hubris and a lack of awareness in how to respond appropriately to strategic risk warnings and the gravity of the issues.

Notifying of a major threat to the region and its people from Cornwall Councils own organisation & management approach to emergencies.
THE THREAT LEVEL IS IMMINENT AND POTENTIALLY CATASTROPHIC
URGENT RECTIFICATION MEASURES ARE NECESSARY ... PUBLIC DUTY TO NOTIFY ALL COUNCILLORS
